3 Ingredient Alabama White Sauce
Alabama white sauce is a distinctive barbecue sauce origination from Northern Alabama. It's a creamy and tangy type of sauce made from a base of white vinegar and mayonnaise. It's unique flavor profile complements chicken, seafoods, and potatoes. Growing up my mom made this anytime we had a seafood boil, now I make it for just about anything. This is a staple in my house and is made anytime we have company over.

- 1 Spoon to Stir
Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. White Distilled Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- In your small mixing bowl add your mayonnaise and white vinegar. Mix until combined.
- Start adding in your black pepper, this is the star of the show. Mix until your pepper is fully combined with the rest of your ingredients.
- Taste test and enjoy!!!This is perfect for cookouts, seafood boils, or everyday dinner for a little extra flavor. Store in a airtight container and serve when ready.
