Quick and Easy Tzatziki
This classic Greek dip combined creamy Greek yogurt with grated fresh cucumber, minced garlic, and a squeeze of lemon juice for that extra bite of flavor. Fresh dill adds a herby note and touch of olive oil to smooth everything out. This is a perfect refreshing dish for a nice hot day! This can be made for a dip or even a spread for a wrap.

Instructions
Let's Make Our Tzatziki
- First step is to prep our cucumber, by peeling the skin layer off. Next we want to grate our ½ cucumber.
- Place your cucumber into the middle of your clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much of the liquids as you can. Place to the side when done.
- In your mixing bowl add your yogurt, oil, garlic, dill, salt, and lemon juice. Mix until all of these ingredients are combined.
- Start adding in your cucumber, making sure to break apart any clumps. At this point you can add more salt and your pepper based off your preference. Mix in until everything is combined.
- Cover or add to an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight for best results. Serve and Enjoy!! This pairs best with pita as a dip or as a spread in a wrap.
